The intent of this project is to find a vendor that can complete all the cleaning requirements for our public housing facilities. The type of cleaning the City is looking to acquire are:
Day to day facility cleaning consists of cleaning all common rooms, hallways and stairs, mechanical rooms, public washrooms and outside areas. Please see detailed description of work to be completed. We request this to be priced by an hourly rate for the the allowed hours per building.
Move out cleaning is on an as needed basis following a tenant moving out of their unit. This unit needs to be cleaned prior to the next tenant moving in. In 2023 there were 92 move out cleanings and in 2024 there were 79 move out cleanings. Please see details in scope of work for more information.
