Description: 

The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of Albert Street from Front Street to King Street. The project length is approximately 550m located in the City of Stratford. 

The reconstruction activities primarily relate to the improving of roadway drainage, replacement of the existing sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer. New sidewalks and curb shall be installed where indicated on the plans. The Contractor will not be allowed to close any street without the express written consent of the City. Work is to be completed in two stages to reduce the impact to citizens.
