Description: 

The work under this Contract generally consists of the watermain replacement on Ontario Street (Highway 8) from Queen Street to Parkview Drive. The project will also involve repairs to the existing storm sewer, the installation of water services with a combination of open cut and trenchless techniques and surface restoration. 

The Contractor will be required to maintain one lane of eastbound and one lane of westbound traffic for the duration of the work.

In the summer of 2023, sections of Ontario Street will be resurfaced in a separate Contract.
