The City of Stratford is soliciting a Request for Proposal from those individuals or companies with pertinent expertise, capabilities, experience and interest in providing Integrity Commissioner Services to the City. The Integrity Commissioner is responsible for providing advice, education and complaint resolution in an independent manner having regard to the ethical responsibilities of the elected members of the Council and local boards. It is the intention under this Request for Proposal to enter into the Agreement with a single successful Proponent, although there may be circumstances where more than one Proponent is selected.
