The Corporation of the City of  Stratford is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals to carry out a Business Process Review for municipal facility data collection.  The successful proponent will engage with City staff to determine a process for data collection with respect to municipal facility costs, maintenance, and utilization; and deliver a final report with specific and actionable recommendations by January 31, 2022.
