Description:  The City of Stratford is seeking the services of a system integration and programming consulting firm to provide Annual SCADA Maintenance, Emergency Programming Support (24 hours/day - 7 days/week), Programming Support for PLC and SCADA Upgrade Projects at the City's main SCADA Nodes, Capital Project Programming Support and Updates to the  City's SCADA Strategy Report.
