The work under this Contract generally consists of the Asphalt Resurfacing of Downie Street from Loane Avenue East to CN Railway Crossing, Willow Street from Canterbury Avenue to Devon Street, and Regent/Milton Street from Front Street to King Street. The asphalt resurfacing activities primarily relate to the rehabilitation of the roadway asphalt by partial and full-depth asphalt removal, adjustment of structures, drainage improvements, curb and gutter repairs, and new pavement markings. The Contractor will not be allowed to close any street without the express written consent of the City.
