This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Stratford to prospective respondents to submit submissions for the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of accessible play equipment for Willow Street Park, located on Willow Street, Stratford, Ontario. This project includes the removal and disposal of all existing play structures (excluding swings) currently on site as well as all excavation and work required for structure installation. The project is to include an engineered woodchip base compliant with CSA fall height requirements around the new structure and the adjacent swing sets. Twenty-six feet by Six feet (26ft. x 6ft.) asphalt path from the new site perimeter to the municipal sidewalk on Willow Street. The site dimensions to design from are forty-two feet by forty-two feet (42ft. X 42 ft.) for the new structure. (footprint will be marked on site). |
