The City of Stratford is seeking a prequalification package from interested and capable General Contractors who will retain specialized subcontractors to complete the proposed Phase 1 restoration activities at the Stratford City Hall building.  The purpose of the Prequalification submission is to determine, among other things, which potential suppliers have the capabilities, capacity, experience, and innovation to be considered for invitation to participate in a formal Request for Proposal process.
