The work under this Contract generally consists of the rehabilitation of the existing municipal parking lot at 91 Erie Street, Stratford. The rehabilitation activities primarily relate to the replacement of the asphalt surface by milling full-depth existing asphalt and replacing with a new base and surface asphalt layers, storm drainage structure replacements, adjustment of structures, sidewalk repairs, curb and gutter repairs, and pavement marking. The Contractor is to complete this project in two stages to maintain parking service and pedestrian access to adjacent properties. Asphalt paving must be completed in Stage 1 prior to initiating Stage 2.
