The intent of this bid is to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment and services required to supply and deliver Well Inspection & Initial Testing Program as per attached Specifications and as follows;

Production Wells — FW#3, FW#4, Lorne Ave Well, and O’Loane Ave Well. These would undergo initial testing (step tests and well inspections)

The successful vendor is also to provide a 5 yr rehabilitation plan
