The work under this Contract generally consists of the reconstruction of the multi-use trail on Erie Street from Lorne Avenue to a point 370m south of Packham Avenue and construction of a sidewalk from Lorne Avenue to a point 200m north of Crane Avenue. The project activities primarily include stripping of topsoil, removal of existing asphalt trail, excavation, supplying, and placing granular material, asphalt multi-use trail construction, drainage improvements, grading, and sidewalk construction as noted on the construction drawings. Construction shall start on the date of the City Engineer’s written order to commence on or about June 23rd, 2025. The Bidder shall complete the work within a time to be known as the “Time for Completion” of 65 Working Days. |
