The Corporation of the City of Stratford, Social Services Housing Division, seeks proposals for the design, construction and/or renovation of full interior and some exterior finishes on the shell of the city-owned building located at 246 Railway Avenue. The building will be utilized as affordable housing, to be managed by the Social Services department, Housing Division of the City of Stratford as part of the City’s social housing portfolio.
