This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by the City of Stratford to invite qualified proponents to submit proposals for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of accessible play equipment at Devon Street West Park, 456 Devon Street, Stratford, Ontario. The project includes all excavation and work required for structure installation, drainage Big O to creek behind structure, and engineered woodchip surface. (50 feet x 40 feet footprint) marked onsite for new structure. Excavation around existing swings and application of engineered woodchips. (50 feet x 40 feet) sites are adjacent and will connect with by excavation and woodchip installation The project is to include an engineered woodchip base compliant with CSA fall height requirements. Successful Proponent to supply passing fall height test results within seven (7) calendar days of completed project. |
