The City of Stratford invites proposals from qualified and experienced professionals for the design and construction of drainage improvements at Packham Sports Complex and Dog Park, located at 159 Packham Road in Stratford, Ontario. The intention of this project is to improve the overall site drainage and provide positive drainage while allowing for better utilization of the facilities from the community. These areas often have standing water which prevents maintenance and leaves them under-utilized.
