City of Stratford needs a service-oriented, highly user-customizable, online portal, which will allow for the City's residents to interact with their local government and city services. The Citizen Portal should enable users to view and register for programs and activities relevant to them. Also should allow users to see utility and property tax balances, notifications about the road closures. Portal should have capabilities to send customized text and/or email notifications about City's services and allow users to apply for jobs and volunteer opportunities. It should also foster public engagement through enabling two-way communication (feedbacks, chat-bot with human agent, reporting issues directly to the appropriate stakeholders). |
