To secure a service provider to administer only fire dispatch and communication services 24/7, 365 days per year to the Stratford Fire Department. Service provided is required to protect the respective municipal interests and meet legislative requirements for dispatching under the National Fire Prevention Association and the Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1).
