The Perth & Stratford Housing Corporation (PSHC) and City of Stratford (the “City”), through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is seeking proposals from qualified fire safety service providers deliver services for the PSHC and the City’s apartment buildings located in Stratford, St. Marys, Mitchell, Atwood, Listowel and Milverton, Ontario. The following services: 24/7 Fire Alarm Monitoring Service Monthly and Annually Inspections of Fire Safety Systems Provide updated Fire Plans Annually Perform Fire watches during power outages and equipment repairs |
