The City of Stratford is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced engineering and planning consulting firms, to complete a Stormwater Master Plan (SWMP), which will incorporate an updated storm sewer hydraulic model, and follow the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process. The Stormwater Master Plan will replace the existing Citywide Storm Master Plan (Dillon, 2004), Southside Class EA (Dillon, 2004), and Southside Class EA Addendum (EarthTech, 2007). Recommendations in the 2004 – 2007 plans that have not yet been implemented are to be re-evaluated in the context of all current priorities. The SWMP shall be a strategic document that will provide the City of Stratford with an understanding of how the existing stormwater management network is functioning and how it can be transformed / enhanced to meet climate change challenges. |
