The work under this Contract generally consists of the construction of the multi-use trail on Douro Street from a point 200m east of Burritt Street to C.H. Meier Boulevard. The project activities primarily include stripping of topsoil, excavation, supplying, and placing granular material, asphalt multi-use trail construction, drainage improvements, grading, repairs to existing driveway entrances and curb repairs as noted on the construction drawings.  

Construction shall start on the date of the City Engineer’s written order to commence on or about September 30, 2026. The Bidder shall complete the work within a time to be known as the “Time for Completion” of 25 Working Days.
