Infrastructure and Development Services Department, Development Services Division, is seeking tenders to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment and services required to complete the City Hall Annex HVAC Replacement as per the General Terms and Conditions, Specifications and Drawings in this Bid document. The complete mechanical system is thoroughly defined in each section of the Specification Section 15000 document. There is a MANDATORY site meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at 11:00am sharp. Proponents should arrive at the City Hall Annex, 82 Erie Street, Main Entrance in the parking lot area. All interested parties are required to attend the meeting and familiarize themselves with the site and working conditions. Attendance will be taken at this site meeting. |
