The Corporation of the City of Stratford is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified, experienced consulting firms to develop and present a comprehensive updated Development Charges Background Study for the City of Stratford, pursuant to the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, Chapter 27, as amended. The Development Charges Background study shall meet all requirements of the Development Charges Act and related regulations. The report shall be clearly written and well organized, include a table of contents and appendices containing supporting data and information and a draft By-law and required pamphlets. The consultant will provide, and present to staff and Council, copies of the draft and final reports and all work completed in an accessible format satisfactory to the City. Further the consultant shall assist the City with meeting all regulatory requirements around notice, public meetings and Council meetings before the expiry of the current by-law. |
