The work under this Contract includes the construction of concrete sidewalk at three locations. It consists of stripping of topsoil and sod, supplying, and placing granular material, concrete sidewalk construction, drainage improvements, driveway restoration and grading as noted on the construction drawings for each site. The site locations are as follows:
The Contractor may elect to perform the Work in either the Fall of 2025 or the Spring of 2026. No Work shall be performed between November 15 and May 1. All Sites shall be fully restored to the satisfaction of the Owner prior to November 15, and no partially completed Sites shall remain over the winter period. |
