This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Stratford to prospective respondents to submit submissions for the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Outdoor Fitness Equipment circuits at the Shakespeare Park, Stratford. This RFP is being used to select a qualified firm with the proven skills, resources, and relevant experience to design, supply, and implement the outdoor fitness equipment project.

The City of Stratford's Shakespeare Park serves a variety of users throughout the community of all ages. The park has playground equipment (2019), tennis and pickleball courts and is also home to the All Wheels Skate Park (2018). In adding the Outdoor Fitness Park it will draw a different demographic and would provide opportunities for families to be together, active and utilize a free and accessible exercise circuit designed for individuals of all ages and ability levels.
