The work under this Contract includes intersection improvements at three (3) locations within the downtown core of the City of Stratford. The work includes but is not limited to removal of curb and sidewalk, and the installation of new curbs, sidewalks, catch basin and maintenance hole adjustments, subdrain installation, asphalt repairs, topsoil and sod, intersection pedestrian push button pole foundations and poles, pedestrian crossover street pole foundation and streetlighting as noted on the construction drawings. Street closures will not be permitted without the City’s express written consent. The contract is separated into three (3) project areas of work:
