The Corporation of the City of Stratford (“City”) invites expressions of interest from non-profit organizations and consortiums led by a non-profit organization (“Proponents”) for the development of affordable/attainable housing on City owned property located at 161 East Gore Street, Stratford. 

A location map is included as appendix 1.  This Request for Expressions of Interest seeks development proposals that meet the following objectives:

1. Create a fully affordable or mixed income neigbhourhood
2. Deliver housing that remains affordable or attainable over the long term
3. Make efficient use of the lands
4. Consider sustainability, variety of built form, accessibility, environmental impact and energy use over the lifetime of the project
